The Hrayr Maroukhian Foundation, in cooperation with the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, has successfully published a policy paper entitled «Սոցիալական Բարեփոխումները Հայաստանում II» (“Social Reforms in Armenia II”) in both Armenian and English, focusing on Agriculture, Mining and Education.
